ASYMPTOTIC ANALYSIS IN EXTENDED KINETIC THEORY
Linear Boltzmann equation describing such
phenomena for the distribution function of particles has

These papers are devoted to the study of the hydrodynamic limits with different scalings between elastic and inelastic scattering.
